Tabaquite U-10 continue winning performance in Tabaquite one day Youth football Tournament

Tabaquite Institute of Soccer Players hosted their inaugural One day Invitational Youth Football fund raiser on Saturday 5th July 2008 at the Tabaquite Recreation Ground.

The event kicked off at 10 am with football in the Under 8, Under 10, Under 13 and Under 15 Division.

RESULTS

Under 8- 1st Place Trophy- Waterloo Institute of Soccer Players

                 2nd Place Trophy- Gary John Coaching School

                 3rd Place Trophy - Tabaquite Institute of Soccer Players

Under 10 – 1st Place Trophy- Tabaquite Institute of Soccer Players

                    2nd Place Trophy- Waterloo Institute of Soccer Players

                    3rd Place Trophy- Gary John Coaching School

Note: Tabaquite U-10 player Bradley Frederick was voted most valuable player

Under 13-  1st Place Trophy-  Gary John Coaching School

                    2nd Place Trophy- Waterloo Institute of Soccer Players

                    3rd place Trophy- Tabaquite Institute of Soccer Players

Under 15- 1st Place Trophy- Gary John Coaching school

                  2nd Place Trophy- Tabaquite Youths

Medals were awarded to winners of 60 meters Sprint in the Under 8, Under 10 and Under 13 age group.

As part of its fundraising drive, Bar B Que , Cake, Souse and Indian delights were on sale. There were fundraising games as Brand tub, Ring Throwing and Punch board.

SENIOR (11 A SIDE) One day Night Football (sponsored by SPORTT)

1st Place- Warrenville United – Cash Prize of $1,000.00

2nd Place – A to Z United (Mc Bean)- Cash Prize of $800.00

3rd Place-   Tabaquite boyz – Cash Prize of $500.00

4th Place -  Break up – cash prize of $200.00

The Councilor was on hand to distribute prizes and to support the event
