Registration 2008 

Come on out and experience the wonderful game of soccer, Waterloo Institute of Soccer Players provides the opportunity for children from 4 years of age to learn to play soccer in a safe and friendly environment through a quality coaching program.

Registration Dates:              

Every Saturday from 9am to 10am at Waterloo High School, Waterloo Road, Carapichaima. Ask for Nigel (680-5750), Stephen (678-3878) 

Registration Process:           

Registration and forms will ONLY be available at the above location.

Registration Checklist:        

1. Have registration fee of $100.00 for boys or  $50.00 for   girls

2. Bring copy of the players’ birth certificate

3. Player should have shin guard and boots

Player Receives:                   

1. WISP uniform consisting of a jersey with players’ number, shorts and socks.

2. Temporary ID.

3. Eligibility of WISP group sport accident Insurance Plan

Other Payment

• Monthly membership fee      -              $100.00 per term

• Payment for players and parent ID  -    $15.00ea.

• Premium of 2006 Insurance Coverage

Scholarship

WISP is dedicated to providing as excellent soccer experience to all eligible players.  It is our hope that no players opt out of soccer for financial reasons.

Scholarships would be available to needy players in accordance with WISP guidelines and subject to WISP scholarship budget.
